Resources > Free Local SEO Audit
Our free local SEO audit includes examining factors such as the website’s structure, on-page content, backlinks, and technical SEO. Once this analysis is complete, the auditor will then provide an action plan with specific recommendations for improving the website’s visibility and organic search traffic.
These can be conducted periodically (e.g. every few months) or as needed, such as after a significant website update. We run a version of these audits for our clients each month as part of our ‘Done-with-you’ Local SEO service, as they provide an indication of how our local SEO recommendations and actions are improving performance, and help to prioritise where we should focus our attentions next.
The best thing about ranking well in local search is that, because potential customers are actively looking for what you offer in the location you offer it, they're way more likely to convert.
Our local SEO audit is your first step toward that. We will provide actionable insight to inform and drive your business toward improved visibility on organic search. This improved ranking will in turn leads to an increase in calls, enquiries and in-store visits. And, because of the already-high intent among these potential new customers, this also leads to a greater proportion of those enquiries leading to a purchase.
And more, including…
On-Page Content
The quality, quantity and relevance of a website’s content is one of the most important factors that influence its rank in SERPs. In order to rank high in Google, a website’s content must be well written, keyword-rich, and up-to-date. Our local SEO audit will help identify how much of your content has been indexed by Google.
Social Media
Social media is also becoming an increasingly important factor in local SEO. Websites that have a strong social media presence are more likely to rank higher in SERPs than those that don’t. This is because social media signals (such as shares and likes) are now being used by Google as a ranking factor. Our local SEO audit will help identify how ‘social’ your business is.
